Cancellations

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE ! If a cancellation is needed a rain check in the amount of the amount paid will be given. Rain checks are good for one year.
Are the rentals disinfected?

Every single item including bounce house rentals, concession stand add ons, games, and tables/chairs are all thoroughly disinfected before and after each use. All equipment will arrive clean, safe, and ready to get the party started!

What surfaces can bounce houses be set up on?

We can set the bounce houses up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Bounce houses cannot be set up on rocks as this may cause damage to the unit.
What is my responsibility while renting out equipment?

If a tear occurs on a bounce house unit while in your possession please make management aware as soon as possible as normal wear and tear can be patched. If damage occurs for violating any safety rules or improper care of the unit, you are responsible for all damages up to the cost to replace the unit, or other item.
Set up instructions

Each bounce house rental comes with a blower that it is to be left plugged in for the duration of the appointment. If the bounce house is unplugged it will deflate. There must be an outlet within 50 feet from the bounce house to plug the blower in unless a generator is being used. Generators can be rented at an additional price. If event is scheduled to take place at an park or outside area a generator may be required.
Is a deposit required for booking?

Yes, 50% of total amount listed on invoice is required to secure requested service date and inventory.
Are delivery and set up fees included?

The total amount listed on your quote does already include delivery and set up fees. Deliveries beyond a 10 mile radius will be charged an additional $25 fee. If you are requesting service in a city that is not listed on our service area page, increased delivery fees will apply.
